a symbol of growth at the NextGen Hub

Mx Oakley began as a simple acorn, kindly donated by a parent of one of our members. Now a young seedling, they continue to grow—reminding us that every journey starts small and develops over time. Just like many of our NextGen Hub members, their path isn’t rushed.

With the right nurturing, support, and guidance, they grow stronger every day.

The NextGen Hub is for young people, guided by young people—creating a space where voices are heard, confidence is built, and futures are shaped. They are building confidence, developing skills, and finding their direction in education, employment, and life all supported by strong partnerships with local organisations including DWP, Cummins and Beyond the Mask amongst a few.
