Interview Accelerated is a structured mock interview programme designed to provide young people with a safe, supportive environment to develop and practice interview skills.

You will take part in a series of short, rotational interviews with employers and industry professionals, simulating real recruitment scenarios. 

Each interaction involves interview questions, to focus on responses, communication and presentation.

This format enables young people to experience multiple interview styles and perspectives in a low-pressure setting, helping to reduce anxiety and build familiarity with real-world recruitment processes.

Through this experience, participants:

• Build confidence in presenting themselves to employers
• Improve communication and interview techniques
• Develop the ability to reflect on and adapt their responses
• Gain insight into employer expectations and recruitment practices.
